berlin commercial is a multifaceted conference and online platform addressing the increasing call for fresh ideas and inclusivity within the creative video industry - the annual summit celebrates the most iconic music videos, personal projects, and culturally relevant commercials of the year.

PREVIOUS EDITIONS

with the city of berlin as its venue, the annual festival for creators of visual culture invites for five days of networking events hosted by renowned production companies and agencies. the aim is to encourage creative professionals to connect in a fun and relaxed atmosphere and build valuable relationships between established players and up-and-coming talent.

THE TROPHY

Paving the way for sustainable solutions berlin commercial award trophies are created by sustainable design studio gomi using flexible plastic waste (ldpe) that is normally not recyclable.

Each year all trophies together offset around 400kg of CO₂ from entering the atmosphere - that's a lot of carbon dioxide saved. Melted and pressed in shape each trophy is unique in its look and feel, weighs around 1.4kg and partially coming from the ocean, floats on water - that's what we call poetic.

THE AGE OF COLLABORATION

The Berlin Commercial Instagram channel serves as a way to continue celebrating creativity and culturally relevant content all year round. A safe space for filmmakers to keep creating and presenting work that provokes thought and discussion + The chance to be part of a pool of easily accessible talent, targeted to an audience of brands, production companies and agencies.
