As production house Czar - Amsterdam’s Head of Creative Content, Levi Rijper oversees the company’s creative services. Levi concentrates on talent development working hand-in-hand with directors - the young and curious, the established and seasoned - making sure to find the best director to client pairings resulting in visually appealing films with signature strong Czarnarratives.
She also established a new department outside of their usual commercial spectrum, encouraging more experimental approaches to film. Her combination of Commercial Economy and Sociology studies and her ever-growing love for the creative facet of companies have made her an indispensable asset in the production world.
Francisca Maass started in April 2019 as the new creative director of Grey Germany. As Managing Director she was responsible for the foundation and development of the creative agency thjnk in Munich and quickly proved to be a visionary team leader and expert for large national and international clients. Her focus is on branding, consulting and convincing creation. Before that she worked for Jung von Matt, Serviceplan and Springer & Jacoby. Francisca Maass is one of the most award-winning creative executives in Germany and is a juror for numerous award shows, including the Cannes Lions and the ADC. Her work has become part of the cultural dialogue in line with GREY's "Famously Effective" creative philosophy.
Before founding gesas.management in 2011, Gesa worked for 17 years at leading advertising agencies and film production companies in the business such as McCann-Erickson, Jung von Matt, Tempomedia or Markenfilm as Art Buyer, Directors’ Scout as well as Head of Sales.
Many of her friendly and long standing connections to agencies, film production companies, and other filmmakers came about during this time, and today make up Gesa’s network. Overtime and through joint projects, this has also developed into a successful and lasting cooperation on an international level.
The gesas.management portfolio currently consists of the representation of selected, award-winning international film production companies with a strong digital and also classic range, the placement and management of international directors and dops – supplemented by the search and promotion of suitable talents – as well as individual consultations and independent directors’ scouting for agencies and film production companies in the national market.

Lovestone Film is an advertising film and photo production from Berlin. Founded in 2010, Lovestone Film implements national and international projects for clients such as adidas, Jägermeister, MediaMarkt, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Sony. Lovestone Film's work has won awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions, Epica, New York Festival, ADC Deutschland, Jahr der Werbung and Die Klappe.
Johannes v. Liebenstein is Executive Producer and Managing Director of Lovestone Film, an advertising film and photo production company founded in 2010. Prior to this, Johannes was responsible for work for clients such as Absolut Vodka, adidas, Apple, BMW, McDonalds and PlayStation at the advertising agency TBWA Berlin. In addition to his work as a producer, Johannes taught for several years as a tutor at the famous Miami Ad School.

Gijs Determeijer is a photography producer gone rogue, with a thirst for all things creative.
He is one of four partners at HALAL, a bespoke film production company and photography agency. Together with Gijs Kerbosch, Roel Oude Nijhuis and Olivia Sophie van Leeuwen, Gijs set up the agency in 2005 with the aim to create an environment in which talent could work across documentaries, feature film, photography and commercial work.

Ben’s experience spans from developing and producing documentaries, television formats, live entertainment, digital campaigns platforms, integrated campaigns and art installations to numerous award-winning TV commercials that have been produced in over thirty countries. He has a proven track record in creating and developing original content and all formats as well as strong relationships across all media ranging from TV networks to writer/directors to financiers to producers/show-runners to agencies and to talent. Core strengths include identifying material/talent, developing new or existing IP and packaging creative elements.
Ben has a solid career in the commercial world working with brands such as Apple, Rimowa, Stella McCartney, Montblanc, Samsung, Pepsi, Huawei, Mercedes-Benz and Hennessy. Ben has also served as Executive Producer and Producer on substantial fashion and art projects for some of the world’s most celebrated brands such as Issey Miyake, Hermès Paris, Hussein Chalayan, L’Oreal, Swarovski amongst others.
As RadicalMedia continues to break new ground in the global arena, Ben is an integral part of the development of new business opportunities in Europe, the UK and Asia, including the opening of RadicalMedia’s London office in 2011 and RadicalMedia Gmbh in Germany 2017.

Thomas Nabbefeld / chief production officer / thjnk
Thomas is Chief Production Officer at thjnk, one of Germany’s most successful owner-managed agencies and now part of the WPP network. After joining thjnk (at that time kempertrautmann) in 2013, he set up the new production department “thjnk macro”, where film production and art buying have been consolidated. Later, together with a partner, he founded “moved”, the inhouse content production unit of thjnk.
He was trained at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and worked as a freelance director and producer, then worked for 5 years as a producer at Jung von Matt before he joining thjnk.
Thomas is in charge for clients like AUDI, Commerzbank, McDonald’s and many more and has worked with numerous top-level directors such as Alex Feil, Sebastian Strasser, Sam Bayer and Noam Murro.

Pierre Cazenave Kaufman is the founder of Soldats Films, producer of commercials (Citroën, ARTE, Tissot, Piaget, Yves Saint Laurent ...), music videos (Vladimir Cauchemar, KCPK, Benjamin Biolay ...) but also Feature and short films (Amare Amaro). He is currently developing three feature films and his short film « Witnesses », produced in 2016 was shortlisted at the Oscars 2018.
He is also teaching in an audiovisual production school (ESG), he is also the manager of Synapson and creator of the Label Diez Music (Haute, Arigato Maasai, etc. ). Pierre has a creative and artistic look on all his productions, his vision to bring his projects to a special quality. He maintains a privileged relationship with each of his directors and accompanies him throughout the making of the film. He has been developing for several years the brand Soldats Films, a craft, an aesthetic, a personality. An award-winning and unique savoir-faire.

Mark started in the business after leaving film school in the early nineties. He began his career at Partizan in London and fostered multiple directors before moving on to produce his first feature film in the US at age 27. Returning to the UK he continued to write, produce and finance numerous other film projects. He joined Believe Media an award winning company in 2000 where he headed up not only its UK launch but also expanded the company into Europe ending with a tenure at the companies Los Angeles headquarters for the last six years.
On returning to the UK he felt it time to spread his wings once more and Dog Eat Dog was born in early 2018, he partnered with a long time friend Harvey Ascott also a noted producer, who was nominated for an Oscar in 2016. The company is involved in all tiers of production from commercials / content to film and TV. We are currently in post on one movie and going into production on two others next year. We have also just inked our first TV deal with a large studio which goes into development in early 2019 .DOG EAT DOG has a roster of 10 directors which is expanding to 15 in the next few months.
